Goals & Purpose
The focus of Centering Prayer is to deepen our relationship with the living Christ. Centering Prayer is a method of prayer rooted in the contemplative tradition of the Church. It’s based on the teaching of Jesus, ”When you pray, go to your inner room, close the door and pray to your Father in secret and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you” (Mt 6:6). The main goal is to present this ancient way of praying in modern terms. The meetings are open to all.
Encourage followers to develop a relationship with the Divine Trinity dwelling within us.
A desire to grow in a more intimate relationship with Jesus and with one another.
